This story and the trial completely eclipsed the fact that a genocide was happening in Rwanda at the same time let's not forget.
O.J. Simpson was a national success story that helped bridge the gap of racial division. That was all lost when all they had in the trial was race baiting.

This was a man who had it all and threw it away because he couldn't bear the thought that she was never coming back after everything he had done. His ego wouldn't allow it and he killed Nicole for it. Ron Goldman was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Who I feel the most for are the kids and the Goldman family. The kids had to live their entire lives with the thought that their own father butchered their mother while they were sleeping. I hope they find peace. The same goes for the Goldmans. As for OJ, only God knows what will be of him. RIP to both Nicole and Ron.
