She was so deeply underrated on glee. Amber is one of one. 💗
I looooooove Amber and she had the best discography on Glee. PERIOD. This was my first time finding your podcast and watched because of Amber, and I loved you starting off with prayer, the positive banter you two had, and I subscribed! Amber said some profound testimonies in her healing journey and it stopped me in my tracks. I needed to hear God’s word through her today. Thank you ladies! 💕🙏🏽
I love that in her future "thank yous" for the incredible awards we know Amber is worthy of receiving, she said, "I deserve this." Let that be a reminder beautiful Black women everywhere that you DESERVE what it is your heart desires and it's more than okay to say that out loud with boldness, pride, and not blink one eye. I DESERVE THIS.
🙏🙏
The therapy talk made me feel so warm and validated. It’s hard dealing with mental health in our own families as a poc. So happy she figured it out cus she’s glowing ❤
I just realized how was Amber not considered for Color Purple or was she and hasn’t spoken on it! Cause she would have been iconic on it!
I really enjoyed this episode! Her voice is identical to Megan Ashley’s lol

Thank you for this interview as therapist and someone continually healing I found it so profound.
i've also always been the one to open up and be vulnerable more, which helped others feel comfortable. what a special interview. thank you you powerful beautiful ladies. <33
I LOVE everything about this interview and shared it with my friends. Therapy for Black Girls is a great site to find black therapists.
Donate to Loveland if you wanna support black women seeking therapy and they also pay the therapist a reasonable rate
THIS WAS EVERYTHING I DIDNT KNOW I NEEDED!! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🙌🏽🙏🏽WHEW! AMBER SIS THANK YOU!
This was so refreshing Gia! We love Amber! Keep up the good work
"You're afraid to take medication and I'm afraid for you not to". That is one of the most powerful sentences I've ever heard. I literally felt my heart stutter. I have been debating whether or not I should be taking medication. Because I have depression and I'm pretty sure undiagnosed ADHD. The prospect of taking medication has been concerning to me for a number of reasons (and not because I care about the stigma of being on medicine). But this past year, I've been looking around me, realizing that everything in my life is so much harder than it needs to be because of my mental health. Thank you so much for this interview
Legit first time I have heard someone intro with a prayer! I have never subscribed faster!!
Loved the interview and those chairs!
I just want to say thank you for acknowledging Aint' No Way
i love amber!
This was so beautiful! New here. Will be tuning in! So encouraging. 😊❤
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yoo y'all be inviting God into your podcasts DAMN! That's Bars!!!!!!! This is the first time I've seen or heard this and I'm so wit it
Being a high functioning bipolar person is so hard. People never know I’m at my wits end until I’m calling my fam n saying I’m going on “vacation “ (admitting myself to the ward for 5 days) because i feel unsafe. Bring self aware is very important when you deal with depression
I loved this whole interview vibe.
I relate, being a successful black woman who had to accept that success doesn’t cure depression. Still working on accepting it
Great episode 🤍
“Don’t talk about my friend like that”
“Church makes you brave”
“We can care about what people think, but it doesn’t have to become your reality”
Gems Gems!
She is so wise, talented, and i love her honesty
I think she is Super talented but keeps victimizing herself for being black. Every single interview she does she always "having hard time cause she is black" Never heard a celebrity repeating that as much as she does, not even celebrities from the 60's and 70's and they had it worst. Like girl give it a rest akt least one interview lol
She starts taking about Naya at 50 minutes in
I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS!!!
Blessed my entire morning ! Thank you Gia and Amber ❤
Black women are majestic! Thank you for sharing this wisdom.
I love what she said about reframing the negative thoughts, that seriously helped me.
When Amber started talking about depression, panic attacks, gettin put on medication, I felt like I was watching myself talk I knew exactly what she meant and hoe she felt
Loved this interview.
💝💝💝💝💝💝
it's always so heartwarming to see how people talk about naya. no matter if it's kevin or amber or heather (especially heather), it's so true that they love her so unconditionally. i wish the world would have gotten more of her- i never even knew her, obviously, but i still miss her like hell
This was amazing!!!!!
This episode was absolutely amazing. Everything I needed today!! 🫶🏾
