  1. I feel like this interview almost went sideways after Shay nullified Amanda’s lived experience. But I’m so happy it didn’t. I’m happy they found each other eventually. This was a necessary interview for me.

  2. I mean, honestly, if she was diagnosed Asperger‘s, she definitely has all the traits of Asperger‘s. My sister has Asperger’s and she is very much like Amanda. In fact, she calls herself a truth teller. The problem with these people is that they have to be taught to understand that they are not always right Because they really believe that they are always right and everyone else is wrong and they can never ever get their mind around the idea that they might be fallible. They think it’s their job to tell people about themselves but they don’t like to be told about themselves at all, so they’re kind of sociopaths away also and she calls herself an empath, but these people are not empathic. They do feel deeply but they have a lot of trouble understanding what they say and do affects other people so I think she definitely is on the spectrum.

  3. After watching this interview, I am definitely Team Amanda! Powerful Sistah! Stay true to who you are Queen! 👸🏽 I can definitely relate! Period! Where can a Sistah get that suit?? Pleeeease!! ✊🏾♥️🖤💚😁

  4. It may not be a diagnosis… It may just be your strength of character that comes from being an only child… But I also understand the complexities of stigmas due to racism diluting your existence into a two/three word description… (6:40 she describes similar things i am going thru when people found out i make rap music)

  5. All these women coming in defending this absolute shell of a person. Shannon gave her a chance at redemption, and she failed at every angle. Too emotional for self-introspection and too egotistical to take any responsibility. What a poor woman.
