  1. Thank God, you're realistic with everything regarding food, bc I have tried so many times to count my macronutrients I even downloaded my fitness pal but when Nigerian food is not an option there and you have to start putting in from scratch the weight of ingredients you used in your meal which can get tedious. Love from London

  2. I love this!!! I'm Nigerian and like i go to the gym like 3 times a week and idk what to do with my food cos Nigerian food is fatty but sometimes you can only eat what is at home /: I'm a college student and I swear it's so frustrating trying to be healthy when there's not much you can do 🙁

  3. Thanks for the video! I’m trying to gain weight too, but I’m confused on how you eat. You said you don’t count calories but how do you know you’re on a caloric surplus ?

  4. When I eat egusi and ogbonno soup, instead of Eba we grind oatmeal til its almost powdery, add hot water, and stir! Taste just like Eba, but with less carbs!! I actually prefer oatmeal.

  5. You gave great advice and taught me some things I didn't know before. I really gained tons of knowledge from this video. It's funny because me and you are the same height 5'8 only difference is I'm bout 20lbs heavier than you, but I've been going back to the gym and eating right and I've def noticed the difference… anyways lol. I was admiring your muscles throughout this whole video lol

  6. lovely video! yaasss!🤗🤗😘 but are we seriously just gonna overlook the fact that she said "She don't like plantains "?????!!!!?? How can you be Nigerian, love stew (with white rice I suppose) and not like plantain??!!!? like that's a full package 😩😩 ya missing nne!

  7. another great video with solid advice. i love that you preached the importance of creating a healthy lifestyle because these crazy weight loss fads and diets may help you drop some weight but most of them are not realistic or sustainable and as soon as you drop the crazy diet you will gain the weight back. "yoyo dieting" or losing and gaining weight over and over can be so detrimental to your metabolism. anyway Im so excited for the arm workout because i requested it in your last video. 😁😁💪💪
also, can we just talk about that highlight. 🙌✨✨ your skin is poppin. 😍😍

  8. Great job Nneomz! Looking forward to more tips on losing weight and also jump starting a weight loss plateau. Also, if you have anyways you stay motivated to work out consistently. Love you! ￶😘

  9. I loved everything about your video. Being that I'm in the Army, I have to remain in top shape at all times & eat a certain amount of calories a day bc I workout 5x a week. Fitness goals are possible, you just have to be disciplined & motivated enough to achieve them. God bless
