Algerian Tomina versus Indian Halva
1 cup toasted semolina fine or coarse
1/2 cup golden syrup or honey
1/2 cup margarine or butter
Toast semolina for 5 min, stirring continuously. Let it cool down completely when done. Melt the butter & heat the honey in the same pot. Finally, add the semolina & stir off the heat. Put on a plate…This is ready!
It is better eaten 30min after…
