Hi Henia. I love your cooking videos as your demonstration is so each to follow. What I would like to know is what cups do you use for the recipe measurements? As I use the UK standard cup measurements and the weight turns out less. It still gave me a good end result but I think the amount was less. I got 12. Thank you. Very delicious. X

How much Yeast Do you use and what type of yeast? do it matter if rapid yeast or do i use regular?

Assalamu alaykum. Does anyone have a recipe in English for the Algerian Soup that has “dumplings” made of semolina, onions, and tomatoes? I am going to massacre the spelling for this but I recall it as “teekelvurven”. It is so good, and my kids have been asking about making it, but I am unable to remember the recipe from my mother in law and she never used measurements so it is impossible to follow her directions over the phone. The soup part usually has lamb neck in it along with vegetables. Any help on this including how to spell it would be great. I miss Algeria and its lovely food.
My mom always gets agitated after making mhajebs and I have a feeling it’s because of the cleanup 😂
