Algerian Lemonade from the region of Boufarik (Blida) – Cherbet Boufarik – شربات بوفاريك

Note: You can add less sugar to the lemon water if you make less lemonade. I made 2 carafes (around 10 cups) lemonade in this recipe (so the amount of sugar is just right for me).

1 cup fresh lemon juice
