It's only tunisian please 🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳
Looks like a nice recipe. I must say though real Algerian shakshuka has no more than 3 or 4 ingredients. Simple and gorgeous.
this looks so delicious, i am going to try making this! thank you!
Very nice recipe! Someone gave me fresh eggplant and fresh laid eggs (1 day old!) from a farmers market so I wanted to make some use of the eggplant. I made a lot of the Shashushka and spit it before I added eggs and saved some for later to add more eggs to it later. I always think Eggplant is so beautiful and then when I buy it I have no idea what to do with it. This is going to be my recipe from now on!! So easy and fast!! I need to get more spices tho!!
allah yebarak
eggplant in shakshouka?
in algeria people dnt cook with olive oil and not put carlic in all variety of chakchuka reciepe i think this is tunisian reciepe
I want to make everything you cook!! These recipes look so good and I can't wait to try them all. I am making the pickled turnips this week and will let you know how they turn out. Thank you!
it looks delicious but it's not morrocan in morroco we call it taktouka and its made with peppers and no eggs the one made with eggplants is called zaalouk and it does not contain eggs either
Absolutely delicious eggplant recipe. I agree with you about the EV olive oil. I am Italian & even fry my schnitzel in it as it taste so much better & healthier imo. Thank you Victoria 🙂
Thank you! I'm allergic to tomatoes and miss shakshuka!
Great recipe victoria, iam Algerian and we do it thesame way,in tunisia too, sometimes we use peppers instead of eggplants and sometimes we use only fresh diced tomatoes, onion and lot of garlic and spices, you can add spicy meat balls or try it with sausages,in chekchouka you can add anything you like and it will always be delicious.thanks victoria.
OMG, that looks so luscious! I'll look through your channel, but do you have ideas or recipes for cooking Dandelion greens? We are using organic fertilizer in our yard, and I am harvesting some of the dandelion greens, and don't want to boil the heck out of them to get rid of the bitterness. I'm thinking sautéing with Indian spices and vinegar [maybe some thin sliced fennel]. Any ideas?
