    I have eaten akassa and moyo so much while in Benin, and I absolutely loved it. I have managed to create the sauce and to fry the fish, but all I ever found for the akassa itself was recipes where you have to ferment the corn flour yourself. I will be looking for fermented corn starch in African and Turkish stores and make it properly soon!
