Mr Bukati's submission on this matter is the closest look at this matter as there can be.
Bukatri is just evasive in his talk, emphasizing how bad the situation is without accepting to nip the problem in the bud. Tbe truth is that this issue is political. Government needs to have the huts to suspect some past and president politicians, past and present service chiefs and have them turned in. Suspecting them is not a crime. Having them arraigned, detaimed and interrogated is not a crime.
