I doubt anyone will ever see this, but try combining this chili oil with hoisin sauce, the heat remains and the flavors have a looooot of surprising harmony and depth

I just got this stuff. It's the best on avocado tacos. Just avocado, salt, and some of this on a lightly charred corn tortilla. I like how it adds flavor without vinegar or other seasoning. That'll make it really versatile.
