Police and Courts were quieryt. AKA was free…all along. Now courts, police are making noise and up n down because he is celebrity and have money. SA is sick. cry the beloved country.
Justice system and police officials are corrupt and captured that's why poor people are arrested without through investigstion and states always win even if is wrong. We are on our own under ANC.

The AKA Tibz case is an opposite of what is happening in the Senzo Meyiwa Trial. The accused persons in the AKA Case must wait a while for deportation of two suspects from eSwatini..There is still a third suspect who disappeared in eSwatini when the two were arrested. So accused persons must wait until their co accused are accounted for by SAPS. To say they are not a flight risk, is a beat auquad when the team is missing 3 crucial team members who ran out of South Africa. This chicken and egg debate about Mfunda Gcaba is a police architect. The accused guys are not responsible for the crime of killing Senzo, not at all but the state n the lawyers allowed this to drag this far as if they dont understand what they are doing. The state & the judge messed up this case from inception if the plea explanation was never made as alleged by Mngomezulu, sadly as a judge you cannot go back to remedy the flop but pretend nothing serious happened. Is bad for the state case. Its my gut feeling i just don't trust these lawyers except Mngomezulu. They must have been promised something by Ginanda together with the judge, Mngomezulu is a spoiler, he messed up their master plan. Dlakadla made their lives very difficult to perform the cheating game. Abo mnisi, mosepeles n mshololo pretends as though they are fighting in court but in actual fact is Dlakadla. In Senzo's case there's no mastermind at all. I think 375 story make sense now. The masterminds are all people who were with Senzo the night he was killed. Nna before I thought the state have a strong case against the accused.
If you are not guilty you should be forthcoming with the state to show your innocence, why play games? You want to be granted bail and you claim you are innocent just produce everything to plead your case to get out of that hell hole, unless you know that you are hiding something
