Nasty c has more monthly listeners than killa 1.3m for nasty 900k for killa. Killa is still fire though but bet your facts right

It's not that killa has more streams than Nasty C. Its just that Killa as much of a great artist he is just happened to have a feature from a Canadian artist which by virtue of split share needs to have the song on his platforms and thus one of the high streams. Secondly Nasty C has more monthly listeners than Killa and overall song/s performance, Nasty C leads.

But back to your point, I believe its only a matter of time that many Zambian artists will get the recognition. Killa, Natasha Chansa, Towela, Chef 187, Kukeyani the Jedi all have great potential to become successful global artists. I believe they will get there.

Guys one lets be real and honest with ourselves lets not force things here, our friends have gotten over language barrier yet here we are stubborn, the sound isnt marketable out there thats why we are stuck at the same position..the standard is poorly low and until we get out of our heads things wont change

King dandy rip called the zambian music of arts they do implement policies to say if other companies such as airtale or MTN or any other company come into Zambia and advertise foreign artist without including Zambian artists such as yo maps mr crown triple M kay adams , tlow, tio nason , sampa the great , Chester , and many other who have songs on you tube with 15 million , 10 million , yo maps songs going to 20 millin with Kelly kay and so mone songs hitting high digits they zambian music arts and trourism should banned these companies to advertised foreign artists . But because there is no music system in Zambia all the artist are just doing thing by themselves and are doing amazingly well !! Our music is unique there none like it . Artist need support but also policies is failing the artist . There should be strong policies to prevent that from happening that is the Zambian music of arts and trourism failing Zambian artists and also festivals should ensure the local artist is the headliner not someone from America or abroad who is not at the high of there career anymore lol who is just there to get paid !! The festival should pay the same amount to the local big artist in Zambia. Unlike disrespecting chef 187 like that !!! That a Zambian legend that would not happen anywhere else you think they gonna do that to snood dogg in Los Angeles where he is from lol 🎉. If omarion getting 50k usd yo maps should be getting the same or higher omarion needs to maps in Zambia it’s the other way round !!

Nice work on the show Edna, your presentation skills are 💯💪. Just some feedback, tell your technical team to clean the sound, the output sounds like you are in an empty room, sound is amplified and echo-ish. There's ways to combat that…

Hi, Zambia🇿🇲 has a diverse culture of Africans, I'm South African Namibian🇳🇦🇿🇦

I love Zambian music since coming to Lusaka , the issue is simply language and Zambia's music genre is different .

Debate on it but that's the answer. Now I understand some nyanja & chibemba, that's why I vibe to it💃🕺🪩

    What genre is Zed music???
It's not house music for sure.
    Neither is it Afro pop.
    It's a bit of dancehall I guess….

Zambians say bad things about their own musicians. Why support other People's children? it's being dull and backward. BBC african select top ten Yo maps mama you are my hero featured yesterday. We are known. What are you talking about even on voice of America Radio every weekend Zambian artists features.
