This way development funds are flooding in and at the end there is really something. I would just as soon have the machines do all these crappy ass jobs and let's just simply use Ubi or quantitative easing or fiscal policy or whatever to guarantee an income for everybody because of the fact that they are in the robots can do everything.

I thought that there's been in discussion an awful lot of different ways to deal with it one of them of course is Ubi and another one is perhaps some kind of a land value tax and also somewhat of a tax on the robots themselves within reason and also the fact that automation will bring down the cost of producing things to wear even a lower Ubi than what is needed today will be possible.

That in itself tells us everything we need to know about how we can deal with this in the future.
It should be possible to be able to track a lot of the open-source programs that are being used to search for chemicals to create weapons or to search for a way to build viruses that can be harmful to people.
What we need to have is a mechanism in which it is possible to track such activities and that if somebody is even looking for a way to do any of these things who is not perhaps researching in DARPA or is licensed to do so for whatever reason for research that's legitimate well then what we do is that we take them and we give them a life sentence in prison and send a message to anybody else who's thinking about it…
If this is happening in other countries well then we need some kind of arrangement and treaties between countries because of the fact that we all on this planet have an interest in keeping this from happening and the way we do it we track what is going on and it is possible and I would think it would be possible with with open source as a matter of fact.
