  1. I agree with you 💯. However, there are exceptions. If your parents went through hell for you to get to a position for you to be successful you better treat them right cuz they could’ve do the minimum as some parent do. They is no reliable retirement in Africa, therefore parents invest in their children so these children can take care of them when they get old. If following your thoughts process, everything can be made official by signing a contract with your children so that they know that what parents invest in them is NOT FREE!!
Saying because there probably are some ungrateful folks telling you their part of the story, some parent also take loan to send their children ABROAD!!! I am not saying there are no evil parent out there.

  2. The only thing I can say is that she is alive to start again with another prospective project. This time listen to her husband. She ought have submitted to her husband considering she is not back home to look over the project….In Trinidad and Jamaica if you try to contest something like this they will kill you…..too many storys of this kind that end up dead…it's a struggle.

  3. No one in Africa is going to watch you make money and not get a piece, even if you give them money for their services it’s not good enough they want a percentage of what it is you’re doing. People in the west need to learn from the past generations mistakes. If we want to do things in Africa we have to be there.

  4. I sell land in Omi Adio, Ibadan. As someone that just retired to Nigeria from the USA I genuinely get attracted to people in diaspora who want to buy and do land banking. Unfailingly and unfortunately whenever they have family contact me or involve family to do an inspection it always go sideways. From trying to negotiate or do a side deal. If you're in the abroad just do things on your own or wait till you are in a position to do it yourself. Oluwa awa pelu wa o.

  5. Dude – it’s the person that looks at the bride’s face that will know she’s crying – original translation. Focus on your legacy, you’ve got three kids. A woman will always move like a woman, why do you care. It’s your job to be a man.

  6. Demanded for the pictures? Is it his? Go build your own jare! I too experienced sending money for a farming project only for my father to use part of it. He paid it back o! Neglected him ever since. I tolerate no BS from anyone.

  7. You funny Phrankleen🤣. For me, i tell any family member demanding from me that – i do not owe them anything. And if they keep on the harassment of demanding i just DELETE myself from that person. 🙏✌I have been called so many names just because they know i dont give a tosh about their psychological blackmails using bible quotations – My hard earned money is my choice how to utilise it. 😎

  8. The worst set back for a man is to marry a woman who cannot define the boundary between her immediate family and her extended family. You will never know how fast you can progress as a man until you marry a wife that puts her husband and children first before her extended family.

  9. They tried it with me i though them a leason, ,my project is delayed because of this people call my family members.
I have forgiven them , but keep my distance from them..
Anything that costs you, your peace is too expensive !!!!!

  10. In the U.S. whatever one have obtained before marriage belongs to him/her. I’m in agreement because when a person work to obtain something before marriage and no one helped to obtain it then he/she shouldn’t reap from it. As for as the family members not being honest it’s BEST to have legal documents describing what the family members roles are in doing business with them.
