The Hausa speaker here in this channel isn’t a true Hausa speaker. He has an accent. This is what proper Hausa sounds like with correct vocabulary and intonation https://youtu.be/LT3-RZrml70?si=BRLWOLPztuQIt_yY . But you tried lol.
Did anything ilovelanguages doing wrong?
Yes she is typing wrongly
It's Jaha not Jaya
It's Kudhan not Khudan
In very distantly related Indo-European languages( like Bengali and Icelandic) you still can find similarity in numbers. Here, despite that those two languages belong to the same Afro-Asiatic family, I couldn't find similarity in anything. Just "six" in Hausa similar to Arabic/Hebrew
Beautiful language video you got here andy
Could we do Uralic Languages?
Good
Oromo sounds like Arabic, or with an Arabic accent?
Great video duo.
Xamtanga
As a hausa speaker and long time fan of this channel this very interesting especially how did linguists find out hausa and oromo are related 💀
how on earth did linguists manage to figure out that these languages are related?
Celtic:
. Irish vs Gallaecian
. British Wales vs Patagonian Weles
Germanic:
. Swedish vs Norn
. Pennsilfaanisch-Deitsch vs Paraná-Wolgadeutch
