Firstly we don't need to reduce carbon emissions simply because it doesn't have any significant effect on climate and it's a vital gas for plant life including crops that feeds humans. If we'll be that stupid to really reduce carbon dioxide it will result in world-wide famine…..and the climate will still change anyway as it always does over last billions of years.

I was at the march and rally here in the states. African/indigenous/native peoples understand the connection between what is happening back home (Africa) and how this is connected globally. This is important work, and everyone I spoke to (youth and elders) were organizing, be it through their schools, or in larger organizations. This is a crucial issue for everyone. No fabricated colonial border is going to stop mass awareness and mass organization. Forward ever!
