Thank you for sharing I love the way the women are so selfless making sure everyone else eats first I can be quite lazy in UK you can buy sachets of porridge pilut it in microwave for few minutes it's done or cook it on the hob add fruit peanut butter and honey etc thanks for sharing have a lovely day 😊❤

I am from a Caribbean inland,on school we use ,to our grandma's house,and that's exactly how it was😊cooking outside on a cold pot, roasting ripe breadfruit and ripe bananas.etc.
I really miss those days.❤❤❤
