Midnite, Vaughn Benjamin asked a question like this in one of his songs…how can the Holy Spirit enter into the host ?….if we are dealing with the Bible….in Genesis we have God breath life into Adam then when we go to the New Testament we have Christ breath the Holy Spirit unto the Apostles….so what Spirit they really talking about ?…
I also would add to what is being said already…they have done scientific tests and plants feel turbulence or pain when you trim them.
That is one subject I always disagree with how can a human being not have a soul ? Just from a Bible perspective when you go to the Book of Genesis it says : and man became a living soul…so unless a man dead…how can he not have a soul ?…The Spirit (the breath) and the Body make a living soul…this is from the Bible, but you have other ideas about what a soul is that are shared within Christianity that don't match what the Bible is saying.
