  1. ITS NOT ONLY GHANA, its all over africa go to south africa, the coloreds are liked more because they are mix race, african men generally like light skin women , thats why passport bros prefer, caribbean and south american women because of the light skin and nice hair!!

  2. This lady is speaking from a personal experience of living in Ghana, and the bleaching of the skin in Africa is a fact, she is caring some true trauma, and good luck to you, be strong!!

  3. She needs self love. Sometimes if you don't feel you look beautiful what people say will hurt you even deeper. Black is very very beutiful❤, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

  4. Nobody will laugh it you are because you have a darker skin but people are a bit surprised if your skin are darker than theirs but they will never say in your face unless you have relationship with them.Nigerians make fun of Ghanaians because they think we have a darker skin. I think my sister is exaggerating.suicide because you have a darker skin naaa

  5. It exists not just in Ghana but all over west and Central Africa. In Nigeria, we don't call dark skin women ugly but they are more desirable and get better opportunities than dark skin women unless the dark skin woman is more educated and more talented. Even Nigerians complain about how dark Ghanaians are in complexion. Within Nigeria, we Igbos think that Yorubas are too dark and ugly.

  6. Africans trap in colour trap. I don't know how to remove for the subconscious, but it is very embarrassing African men looking white girls that why African women they bleach themselves accept who you're it is only cure pls accept your self that is my advice

  7. Look Stop your NONSENSE…FOOLISH MINDSETS….. AM GHANAIAN… DOCTOR IN USA. I HAVE SEVEN SISTERS FROM SAMR PARENTS FIVE IF THEM NEAR WHITE LIKE ETHIOPIANS. I AM VERY DARK SKIN. MOST GHANAIAN FAMILIES ARE LIKE THAT. LEARN YOUR HISTORY SND KNOW THE GHANAIAN MIGRATION FROM ISRAEL AND EGYPT.VIA NORTH AFRICA.
PLEASE STOP YOUR NONSENSE. DON'T BRING YOUR INTRA RACE WAR
AMONG AMERICAN BLACKS INTO GHANA. IN GHANA WE DON'T DO THAT …
YES THE LEBANESE AND OTHER WHITE IMMIGRANTS LIVE THAT WAY BUT WE DEAL WITH THEM ACCORDINGLY…..

  8. This that Colonialist syndrome its sll over the World we tend to be conscious about it because it appears to affect us the most. Even in our Illustrious Chromography of Skin tones. When the Muzungoes Raped and Violated us,due to our oppression hus offspring would akways be favored it really affected us as a populace so lighter skin tones has more advantages even today so mentall fractured individuals will always adgere to that. Even as a youth Brothers would say they prefer the yellow girl or the Browning thats a psychological deficit.Cdrtain Employers abd Institutions Perpetuate tgat WS agenga even amongst Melanated Prople,Its a Caste System. Just like in India today Same people same seed. You have East Indians Blacker than i But tgey say don't like Blac Skin People you can see hiw in depth this White Supremecy Ideology reach Am Black like Tar.Not justk Looks but it's balanced by B Consciousness. One Global Black Love.Alot if ohr people needs Psychological Assistance.

  9. My Dear, do not stress yourself about what the knuckleheads say. They have nothing better to do than to mine someone else’s business. Mature people do not try to tell someone what happened to them when they weren’t there to witness it. We all know the truth and support your truth. ♥️♥️♥️👩🏽‍🦳

  10. Thank you for sharing your video. It’s just a shame that even in India, Pakistan and some other countries light skin is more paramount. We’re all God’s children regardless of the colour or race.

  11. I totally believe that sister in the video. I attended a predominantly Ghanaian church in the US. I was told that all the lighter skinned Jamaican women attending the church including myself was placed in the front row of the choir because the church would look more favorable on television. I was told that the “light skinned pretty women” in particular would make the church appear less African😢. I would be called Obronie (white lady) and the majority of Ghanaian women bleached their skin until you would see evidence of damage. I would see the enhanced reception of anyone visiting the church who was lighter and whiter.

  12. It's soooo true and especially our men need to stop that, about 97percent of Ghanaian men call u "BLACKIE" as a woman even tho he's black skinned himself 🙄😤 and then foolishly laughs at u right after calling u that, and that is soo CRINGING and DISAPPOINTING at the same time to see ur own African men lunatically mocking u for being a black skinned on a black land it's just soo insane by these Ghanaian men and they need to stop that, this kind of embarrassment of being mocked for being black is mostly done by men towards women in Ghana highly IDIOTIC and TOXIC cuz no matter what they do or say i still see nothing wrong with being black especially on a black land🇬🇭🤷🏽‍♀️

  13. Im with the young sista. Her best features is her dark skin. Real talk, I be slightly jealous of my darker skin brothas and sistas, because I can only get that dark when it's summer time, when winter comes, I lose my power.😢. That's one of the benefits of living in Africa, I'm staying dark brown!

  14. The lady should come again. Considering the teasing was it happening in school, her village or from her parents. One thing we have to understand is that, sometimes, they can mess around you ironically. It doesn't mean, they mean it. Since, she was a child by then, she might took it for an insult. From my own sight, i could see that she is very beautiful. We have people who like teasing, no matter what. So, if you don't know and you find yourself among them, you are being trapped. Ghana in general are being proud of dark beauty. CAN 2008, when Egyptians won the trophy, there was a little girl who was presenting the trophy. That girl was a dark in complexion. The whole world was praising Ghana for bringing that girl to represent the beauty of Ghana. She should come again. We need a clarification.

  15. Black is as beautiful as a skin tone can be. I’m medium brown and my best friend is deep dark brown. I always wished I could be a chocolate drop like her. She’s gorgeous and her skin is radiant. Hallelujah for the mellanin! Don’t let the foolish talk affect you. The Most High doesn’t make any mistakes.

  16. Ask any Ghanaian that you know and they'll tell you that there is a very common phrase we use for exceptionally dark skinned people. We call them "BLACK BEAUTY". In Ghana, being very dark skinned is very admired, especially when they are women!! I don't believe what she says for a minute!!!

  17. You state on your channel that being disrespectful will get people banned, and yet you feature a woman that's very disrespectful and shouts insults. In Ghana, most people are very respectful and wouldn't speak like she did. Secondly, the vast majority of Ghanaians are as dark skinned as she is, so how on Earth could people who have her very same color, have told her that she's ugly b'cos of her color. Think about that for a minute, will you? What she said doesn't make sense. I have lived nearly all my life in Ghana, and I HAVE NOT EVEN ONCE, heard or seen anyone called ugly b'cos of her color!! Not even once!!!
