The motivational part in this video is that Success often starts later in life. If we examine the lives of interviewed individuals, we’ll find that their triumphs are frequently rooted in experiences beyond the age of 50. A closer look reveals a common thread: a journey marked by adversity. Before their ascent to wealth, they faced a barrage of challenges—rejections, failures, and even family breakdowns.
Yet, they persevere. They continue to fight, never yielding to the setbacks. Life, in its stern tutelage, imparts lessons through the toughest of times. As someone in their mid-30s, I resonate with these struggles. I’ve weathered my share of life’s storms and watched opportunities slip through my fingers, opportunities that could have propelled me to my desired destinations.
But hope remains. To everyone out there, navigating your own paths through the highs and lows, I extend my heartfelt wishes for success. Good luck to us all!

The story of the lady (from Burkina Faso) about taking out your degrees and experiences from Africa resonates with me. I got an interview the first time I tried it in Europe and I could see how flabbergasted my interviewers were when they saw me😅.
Very nice. I love America and Canada, my country now. Limitless opportunities for all hardworking persons. Though there are rough times when you get profiled just for being different, but if you keep making yourself relevant to the society, reasonable people see capacity and what you can offer to the community.
