The Western Countries run with TRILLIONS of dollars worth of debt with no means of paying it off are they living in poverty?
When will African leaders talk about their natural resources and the added value that they need to lift up their economies. These talks cover up their corruption and dishonesty and it is nothing but a diversion from the real issues of governance with responsibility. There is always some eloquence for backwardness. Zack, I enjoy your content and I am from the USA. This is what I do NOT understand about African development. I am a civil engineer, does Africa really know how many black engineers there are in the world who would GLADLY travel to Africa to help with the development? Africa has the needed labor force, Africa has the raw materials like sand, rocks asphalt, concrete to develop itself. If they had say 40 million dollars to go say to China to purchase the heavy machinery, Africa could develop itself with very limited debt.
