  1. If you have anything. They think you have money and they think they are entitled to it. There was a time when my husband was out of work. We are a family of 4 and we were surviving on my wage alone. My husband’s mother still thought he should be sending money to support his sister and all of her family.

  2. Waoooo….
    Good content!!!
    Very Good points you've highlighted.
In fact, every diasporant faced over 90% pointers you've shades light on.
I've realised my mistake few month ago although I am just 3 yrs in the UK and 4rm now on going 4ward, I am going to leave a life of planning from experienced.
This video will be saved in my catalogue for reference purposes.
    Thank you once again.

  3. It took 40years? To see the ' entitlement of so- called family. Vultures is better term. As you can quess we are now ' firm ' enemies. Everything came down when their grandchildren started to demand financial assistance for the latest fashion from Rich Aunty in UK.
Thanks having survive this long in Europe ( of which now respect. I never ever thought i will never return home in South Africa) Yes, bye bye my ungrateful, greedy African ex – family.( Unfortunately we can't choose family)

  4. I am from Europe and my husband from Africa. When we met we were both broke and when our first child was born we rented one room to live in it. It was hard as he didn’t have documents and couldn’t get legitimate job. (Back then I didn’t know he needed papers and things like that). Then he started to send money abroad to build house for his mother! I said are you out of your mind? We don’t have our own house for our child and you building house for your mum? Her husband should have done that for her not her son. Your responsibility is your spouse and kid. It took a long time for him to get this. African mentality is scary honestly, that is the reason people are poor there (I know not all, but comparing to rest of advanced countries).

  5. If ur young and single best advice is keep ur money private even from ur parents.
Help with chores and some bills. But save 40-70% of ur income every MONTH. Cause when u get older and settle down the bills won't stop. So build ur foundation now by saving for property, land in the West or in Africa.

Think 5-20 years in advance for your life.
