While I'm sure a tiny % of restaurants prepare healthy food, constant restaurant food is driving the metablic pandemic. Ask what oil they cook with. Avoid sugar & carbs. Evidence now exists that vegetable oil is causing plaque buildup & cardiac disease, not sarurated fat. Do not eat machine grade seed oils incorrectly labeled vegetable oils.
