You’re right we don’t really pay attention to the braiders in Africa because we don’t spend like that and the way we care for our hair is way different I guess and the relationship between us(Africans) is cool
But in America I think because they know they spent too more and the relationship between Americas and Africa isn’t really like good because they grew up differently so things they do and understand are also different
That’s why there are misunderstandings between hairs and all that but maybe from my own perspective y’all idk

14:54 this! This drives me crazy! I hate when people put a bunch of gel on my scalp. I clean it off with a cotton ball that I dab in a solution of ACV, water, and either peppermint or lavender oil for fragrance.

@Tamaratuneday

I use to work at a hair salon and the owner had garlic handing in the coner of the shop and when ppl would use the bathroom she would put red stuff in the toilet and flush it,she use to tell me about ppl energy thats how i learned about it.😂I end up leaving because she stared doing werid stuff and it gave me werid vibes.

The last woman, girl, I really doubt if the stylist was envious of your beauty. The delusion is real.

You have a great channel, and if you keep providing content like this, it's just going to get bigger and bigger!

Regarding using human hair and so-called witchcraft, it is a thing. I grew up in a native American home with tons of very old antique Cucina/Kachina dolls that were all made with real human hair.

It was bone straight and so creepy. That house was very "haunted."

My mother and my grandmother collected ancient Native American art, jewelry, pottery, sand paintings, baskets, totems, amulet, you name it.

All of those objects were made with intense and focused, human thought and emotion, many with love.

That is literally almost as powerful as a weapon or a pair of wings. Depending on how you use it.❤❤

17:56 – I wonder if that’s on purpose. Like I wonder if they have a cell phone whatever thingee in there to purposely cause customers to not get reception so that they will have to pay in cash to prevent customers from being able to file a dispute for a refund?

(I’m probably absolutely definitely overthinking this 😂)

@Dfferenze

its not just braiding hair, it is also about caring for your natural hair, giving advice on maintenance, protect your edges and ensure overall healthy hair growth.

@sonderexpeditions

My hair looks great but it was the most painful hair experience of my life. Looking for recs in nyc if anyone has any. I'm tender headed.

@SunniBlazing

I'm coming shortly!
I'm looking forward to it
I always said if I get my hair overseas in the motherland!! I'm paying proper proper. It really bothers me when ppl complain and the hair is done beautifully and they say they don't want to pay $40s when I know here the same style witless cost 180 to 300 dollars depending on who you go to!

Skillset is dif and I care now about retention and health. Some ppl don't even take care of their hair prior – and blame any issues on the stylists period…

ppl deserve good service and ppl deserved to get paid!!!
