  1. I do agree that the so-called blacks from around the world should indeed not be charged for all these things. That should be reserved for the other races who most of them have so much more money than the so-called blacks anyway.

  2. Actually, you’re right we are not all from Ghana. Because if you read Exodus in the Bible, you will realize that the ones that were sent away to the “four corners of the earth” are actually Israelites, and therefore we might have been taken to West Africa for a short period of time when the Heavenly Father took us out of Babylon/bondage and sheltered us before we were dispersed to the four corners of the Earth as a punishment.

  3. It’s a shame that anyone in the continent of Africa has to be begging as much as they do. Maybe if these bloodsucking countries who steal the resources would pay for the resources instead of stealing them maybe the people would not have a need to beg. Maybe we all should talk to our governments of different countries and tell them to stop stealing the resources, and also our African brothers and sisters should talk to their governments and tell them to start to charge these other countries properly for the resources instead of giving it to them for almost nothing.

  4. I understand the constant begging can be a little depressing and bother some. However, I guess it’s better to be begged/asked instead of being pickpocketed like they’re doing Europe , etc.

  5. You mentioned that you have never seen where the prices are different for the locals versus the visitors. . However, in Jamaica, we do that also because we think that visitors can afford a little more than the locals who make maybe a dollar per hour cannot afford the same, but they want the locals to be able to enjoy the country so They have to charge less because they just do not have the amount us visitors might have. (and by the way, visitors include returning Jamaicans.)

  6. I think it’s crazy to think anyone can go to another country without paying for a visa and citizenship. Understand the political climate and culture before entering a country is paramount for any success. Stop going on the hype of being pro black but not fixing what’s going on in America 🇺🇸 running to a foreign country seeking acceptance from people that don’t know you. No matter what country you enter contribution is expected for its economy. But she has a point that needs to be heard I just don’t travel or move anywhere expecting anything from anyone they don’t know me and don’t owe me anything. I understand slavery ….. but unfortunately some Africans don’t care or don’t know about that they are trying to figure out how to make it through today, and some of them desire America 🇺🇸.

  7. She herself called herself American which is 100% correct and so whats she talking about? There are no such laws in Ghana that suggest that Ghana shiuld grant americans automatic citizenship, you must go through the due proccess like any other american or foreinger will go through at least for now until the law is amended. In short, if she thinks that Ghana is not home she still has the option to move back to US or wherever she thinks is home.

  8. Facts!!!

I have been saying for years it's a ploy to get African-Americans and Afro-Brits to relocate to Ghana so they can rape us up the economic behind.

It's a dag on shame because you'll be treated WORSE IN GHANA by Black local business owners than you are by Caucasoid racists back in the States and the UK.

That's why I relocated to Holland.

    Best decision, ever!

  9. Hi Esther love your channel girl! For more than two years now I have watched everything from Nollywood, Folklore, Documentaries, & videos of African Americans that have left the US to go live in various parts of Africa. There was a time when I thought that maybe I would like to visit or live in Africa, but at this stage of the game…I don’t even want to visit! No disrespect to Africa but I can stay here and get mistreated! I can’t see me spending that kind of money and travel that far to get played, over charged & mistreated by people who look like me. I can get that here. I do know I am of Cameroonian & Benin decent. And a part of me still want to see Cameroonian. But I will not be moving to Africa that’s for sure. Again I still have love for Africa & the people there I just know it’s not the place for me. 😮😢😊

  10. Now wait a minute… I'm African American and I'm married to a Togolese woman… I have been to Ghana, and Benin and built a house in Lome… I don't want to unsubscribe to your channel, but this is gossip, you should be able to see that this lady is delusional, in layman's terms, she is crazy… The lady should have just packed up and left… I have never had a problem in Africa… Stop the divissiness, and gossip… Don't have to do this for viewers or subscribers…

  11. As an African American, My African brothers and sisters never lied to me… Because someone is treating some type of way, you are personalizing it.. This is Africa (Ghana) to be specific, stop the pity party.. Ghana is like the USA, you have over 50 different types of people, if you don't like something, keep it moving, also no one is going to take pity on you in the USA or in Ghana, you are an Adult. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT, IF I AM SELLING MY CAR – I AM GOING FOR THE BEST PRICE, SEE A FOOL AND USE A FOOL.. THIS IS THE WAY OF THE WORLD.. PERIOD

  12. 🙄🙄Well, Tell Black Foreigners, ALL that is REQUIRED before They Get There!! What Everything Cost. NOT "POCKET SHOCK" Someone!! It's called "get you to Africa and Open Door Rob You." America is my Ancestors Home/Land They Built it. THE DESCENDANTS of Slaves. Black Americans are Finding Out Going to Africa, It's ALL a SHAM!! 💯🤑🤑🤑

  13. Sorry for what happened to that lady. I knew that Ghana and in many parts of Africa there is a lot of corruption. I was in Ghana during the military rule of Achiampong but I thought that the corruption was gone by now!! However, I blame the leaders of Ghana for not having prepared for our long gone African American cousins. The lady is right the Ghanian leaders deceived them if they are forcing them to take vaccines which was not forced in America, people were not forced to take vaccines in America. Sadly the selfish corrupt Western puppet African rulers force African people to take vaccines, Shame on them. It should be illegal and is corrupt to charge different prices for foreigners and locals.
I am sorry, for the experience of that lady in Ghana!!
African values require us to be kind and courteous to visitors Black, White or African.
I am glad that this is being brought out in public for all African in Africa and the Diaspora so that we campaign against such hurtful behaviors towards our our long gone cousins from the USA, Caribbean, South America, Central America, Europe and other parts of the World.

  14. Oh she doesn’t want to land at the airport in Lagos if she can’t handle the one in Ghana…lol

I can handle Lagos airport! If you don’t want to give any money don’t. If somebody tries to touch your luggage or help tell them no thanks if you don’t want to be bothered. If you want help and have money to dash people, dash them. It’s all a choice but I don’t think anybody is going to change.

Nothing in life is free and nobody cares about you. That’s just the way it is nowadays as far as paying for visa and residency etc.

African people are always trying to get to some money, it shouldn’t serve as a surprise.

  15. Hey Essy, this is a good topic, and iam really intrested in this episode and nice commentary, i like your take!! Would mind if i use this clip on my channel??

  16. 😂😂😂😂😂😂…give something small small 😂😂😂😂😂laughing from kenya………..to be honest afri a americans they have cried enough and we in the continent we have to understand them 😂asking them small small everytime not fair😂

  17. Once again, Esther, you have come up with a subject that is extremely necessary for us to engage if we are ever to have any hope of achieving any semblance of Pan-African unity that will take us into the next century. If we are to achieve a real sincere Pan-African unity both Africans from the diaspora and continental Africans must begin to see each other as brother and sister, or at the very least distant cousins. We are family. Our survival, and the survival of our children’s children’s children depends on us acting as a family unit.

  18. Too my jamaican brother in the comment's:
Bruh I too am an American. When someone asks you to come home. Your not expecting to live for free. But you also aren't expecting to be shook down. As I was starting with a police officer at the airport in Nairobi. I am Blessed to have done very well for myself. But that doesn't mean I can't point out extortion when I experience it. I too saw the signs with 2 different prices for foreigners and locals. I was also referred to as a mzungu. All of which was eye opening to me. So my brother although you see americans as complaining and looking for something for free when we speak up. Please note we also speak up when we Africans, Jamaicans, etc. Being done wrong in various other countries, including your home countries. As I have done many times. We fight for what's right and speak up against what's wrong. We fight for others out of love. Which we rarely see returned in these internet street. Much love to my African brothers and sisters❤

  19. I stayed in ghana all of last year. I live in America but i stepped up in that place as the real jamaican that I am. What she’s saying is true of the people but I feel like she mislead her own self looking for some type of royalty bc of her American status. That’s not the case for us in America and it’s not the case in ghana either. I feel like as Americans we walk with a chip on our shoulders expecting American standards everywhere. As for the pricing of stuff you have to partner with locals and then they help you to navigate the place well. You couldn’t have expected to go to ghana and not pay fees for anything. She sounds like she expected to go to there and not pay for anything. She’s born in America and they don’t give her ANYTHING for free and they’re richer than ghana. She pays for everything in the USA- even air to put in her tires if she has a car, so why is she complaining abt paying for a ghana card??? And what citizenship did she want automatically………. Can she even prove she’s from there? SMH. All those institutions she’s complaining abt have employees to pay and they need $ to pay for the cards and resources she needs. I think think woman and others having that mindset is delusional

  20. Dat's my girl!!!! Kim is a smart and funny lady. Unlike some, I would never think of any foreign country as my home or motherland. If I ever decided to make a permanent move from my own country to another, my destination would NEVER be a developing country; and there is no negating the fact that thousands of Africans were actually SOLD by other Africans. Ghana's "Year of Return" campaign hit me like a scam. It catered to and exploited the Pan-Africanist identity crisis. How do you "return" to a place you've never been to and how do you unite with tribalistic people who aren't united amongst themselves?

  21. Esther, visit a restaurant or bar in Kenya or Uganda where wazungu also come to dine and drink, ask the waiters why they often treat whites better. They will tell you because they spend more, and they are also more generous. They give them good tips. Simple as that. And typically don't mind paying for the skin tax or muzungu tax. That's why whites get better treatment all over Africa because African think of money when they see a muzungu. They think blessings (money) are coming!

  22. FIRST OF ALL AFRICA IS NOT OUR HOME. OUR LAND IS AMERICA THAT WE WERE TRICKED OUT OF. LETS START THERE. EVERYBODY KNOW BLACK AMERICANS ARE NATIVES TO AMERICA BUT THE DAMN BLACK AMERICANS. SAD SITUATION
