I am East African and we have different food compared to West Africa but i eat Nigerian jollof one day and now its on the list to eat at least once a month tbh as Ethiopians we have great foods too but it takes so long to cook like Injera and Dora wat as the stew the thing about that IS IN THE MORNING YOU CAN TURN THAT FOOD INTO BREAKFAST TOO Africa we have so much culture its unfortunate we still have problems as a continent. i love West Africa am planning on visiting Gambia, Ghana and sierra leone

I loved it! Thatβs my first time seeing how to make benechin. Iβve eaten it growing up but want to make it for my family. Also thanks for the mini language lessons, I donβt know as much as I should! My dad is Gambian (living there) and my mom is American.
