It’s about sovereignty we Africans have enough lessons from America and Europeans, we fed up with exploitation and plundering from bitter experience we have opened eyes to control our resources. The man repeatedly referred humiliation Africans asked foreign bases to be closed and the words he used was misguided because any sovereign country has rights to reviewed its policies regarding about foreign forces if they are not required respectfully asked them leave nothing wrong with that.
