  1. Sfrica is a continent eith every to partner with anyone they see fit. Their only explaination is to the people and country they serve. They owe nothing to ant other. We want change after five centuries of getting nowhere no matter how much we contrubute. We are tired.
The belt and road tradition has had centuries of interaction between both continent long before many of countries established a developed trading model. They have yried other models and may have decided that this system is more suitable to meet the needs of their developing countries.

  2. The US reluctant to invest in it`s Own Infrastructure which is in bad shape teboot investing in infrastructure in Africa or elswhere?😅.they simply does`nt have that kind of exsperience unlike the Chinese who`ve been Building infrastructure allover the world!😎

  3. Meles Zenawi said it fifteen years ago , without infrastructure like roads , railroads ,seaports and manufacturing industries. No country can develop without manufacturing industries and infrastructure.
