  1. Hi I’m Adam Copeland! You may know me from such things as… WWE. Where I spent 99.999% of my career. I also wasn’t here when any of this happened, but I can tell you right now, it’s NEGATIVE BS!!

  2. And if there was zero response, people would've blasted AEW for being cowards and not responding. Do or don't, they were gonna get people shitting on them regardless.

I don't even think what Adam Copeland said was that big of a deal anyway, it's not like he picked apart every single thing Punk said and ranted for an hour – it was a pretty quick and harmless positive statement about wrestling imo…I'll GLADLY take that over Tony Khan going on another rage-induced Twitter bender any time.

  3. Imagine how you would have reacted a year ago if someone told you Punk would be on Raw and Edge would be on Dynamite talking about retiring in AEW

We live in a strange timeline

  4. Are yall dumb or stupid. Did you not hear the Adam Copeland said he asked for this time? I doubt TK told him he needs to do this. Adam Copeland is by default a positive pete. And everything he said was from the heart and not a script. If you think it was a script, you never liked AEW to begin with and you always wanted it to fail which is stupid to me. Because without AEW, you would still be watching your trash WWE. AEW changed WWE for the better because of competition.

  5. My favorite fish is the pufferfish. I like the fish cam in the middle you guys should keep it. Also aew really needs better leadership and actual stories. All these 'dream matches' they keep booking mean nothing to me, a fan that only recently got into wrestling and doesn't know any of these names. Which is the sort of audience thats going to be arriving to help grow a company. Stories are what hook people, and make them want to stay. Its sports entertainment, and i think they forget the entertainment part.

  6. Adam's right AEW makes wrestling better , and you don't have to worry about Vince shitting on you , or Vince trying to screw your wife or girl friend or WWE holding you back .

  7. Pretty dumb to respond to something while saying “ let’s not focus on the negativity” they made Edge a crash dummy hopefully he got a bonus check. A veteran says it’s the “most fun” which literally backs up all of punks comments that it’s not a business and TK is not a boss. It’s fun and friendship

  8. AEW looks ridiculous again as they once again prove Tony Khan is a man-child who can't stand any criticism

Want to shut Punk up? Prove him wrong by being successful and not by what Meltzer and Cagematch tells you

  9. AEW isn't perfect and does have flaws. Everything is an attempt to discover new paths in the world of wrestling. I decided to review the Monday night show from the guys up north who, have attempted to kill any competition in the last 2 decades. The first hour was provided commercial free. In those 60 uninterrupted minutes, only 5 minutes was a wrestling match ( an 8 man tag match). Everybody in that match got a chance to shine in those 5 minutes….hahahahahaha. In the last 2 decades, many wrestling fans turned the channel. The best shows were when competition between companies provided some incredible and memorable moments in modern wrestling history. That hasn't happened in the last 2 decades. The fans in WWE earlier in the year made threats against the daughter of the man they o-face over each week now. They want to literally and articulationally shout down anybody else that wants to provide entertainment for the masses.

  10. Okada, Mercedes, Osperay and Edge went there for a couple of million a year and 1 day of work each week. Simple as that.
Punk repeatedly said that AEW had talent on the roster, but as a wrestling promotion it doesn't operate as a business. It's about 5* ratings from Uncle Dave rather than selling out arena's or drawing 2m viewers.

  11. Haa! 7:08
Wait what? You can't just say that and not follow up with anything. What the hell has been posted on Jericho's Wife's Twitter page?
I'd look but I've never been to the Twitter X website and don't intend on ever doing so…. Unless it's for some reason required for me to be financially stable for the rest of my life.
    😅👍

  12. AEW needs to stop talking about WWE. They don't need to do it at all, and it just reminds everyone that they are the minor promotion. It also kind of backs up what Punk says when they do that.

Just do their own show, make it as good as possible and fix the problems they have had over the last 12 months. Give us decent reasons for the dream matches other than "we wanna have the best match ever".

Sports based wrestling (the original concept for the first year) should have wrestlers just wanting to beat their opponent. You dont hear two boxers talking about how they will have a 5 star match, all they are supposed to care about is winning and winning well.

Sure, they can still do the 5* match, but a great match in itself is what the commentators talk about the next night, not the wrestlers.

  13. I'm sadly going to after to disagree somewhat with Copeland. It's kinda rough being a wrestling fan, due to so much tribalism going on. "WWE sucks!" "No, AEW sucks!"

Guys, can't we just enjoy good wrestling, regardless of where it comes from? WWE, AEW, New Japan, Impact, ROH… it's all just wrestling. Stop bashing one promotion just because you like another one better. Grow up.
