Raw honey is high in carbs … horrible idea.

No no…this is very wrong…do not use raw honey in the hot coffee…you will destroy the honey properties! If you want your coffee sweet wait few minutes to cool down and add the honey…also you should use a small blender to melt the coconut oil into the coffee, mix for min one minute 😊

I wanted to like the idea initially. From one day to the next, the coconut oil solidifies on top, so it has to be heated so it can be mixed up. After you do get it in the cup with coffee, its an oil slick on top, so you have to constantly mix it while drinking the coffee. Now after a week, the coconut oil is discolored, almost like theres mold on top, in the trash. This is a dumb idea, and a waste of my amazing honey. Thank goodness I only made a half batch.

Honey used in anything that's over 100°F will lose most beneficial effects and for most part is just sugar at that point. 🐝🍯

This recipe works! Lost those last 10 stubborn pounds but I developed a taste for the organic coconut oil & started putting it in ALL my recipes. Developed gut issues & doc said I was addicted to the coconut oil. After 4 months I'm back to normal gut health & super cautious of my intake of coconut. Too much of a good thing can be bad but learning the limitations of its use!!!

Thank you. Great video. But did you know that, honey gets destroyed in your coffee.?. I just found this out not too long ago. I suggest you look it up. Anything above 98° with destroyer honey

If you look it up putting raw honey into your hot coffee (I used to do do this as well) you’re going to lose all of the health benefits from it. You need to wait for your coffee to cool down before adding the raw honey so you can get the full benefits from it.

Why RAW honey? Add it to hot coffee and it is instantly pasteurized. Coconut oil does not increase metabolism. Cinnamon, in the small amounts it must be used, has insignificant effects on metabolism. This video is pure BS.
