5. EFCC is not lacking in legislation. No institution delivers on it mandate when the operators are lacking in character and credibility. The officers have been corrupted by the Nigerian political class in the same way they captured the judiciary and the National Assembly. This country has been ruined irredeemably.

From the time of investigation and prosecution of Amaka Anajemba and Emmanuel Nwude accusations of graft against EFCC has been rife , they helped themselves to properties of accused and collecting bribe, but the agency kept waving it off. Who was there during Anajemba and Nwude investigation? , the present NSA, if I am not mistaken.
