I’m sorry for the whole novel but this case we can speak the whole day about it,too many loops holes on this case not even on single evidence that ties the accused except for the hearsay’s & the alleged confessions that the accused were forced to sign due to torture,I mean No DNA,No cellphone records,No money trace if it was a hit,Ballistic evidence also inconclusive,not even science can prove these accused are guilty & yet we have a trial that’s been going on forever state trying to prove & provide evidence…
You can not find someone guilty of a crime based on hearsay evidence,Baloyi,Ratha & Gininda they are way to smart to know this & yet they still wasting our state resources..
These 3 are the ones who suppose to be on the dock coz they all corrupt and framing people of crimes they ddnt commit coz they are in power to do so..
These are the most dangerous people we have in our community rather than these nkabiz like accuse number 6…I wonder if they well protected and their families coz things like this can make a human to lose and do horribly things to even innocent people..
