Hi, Abbey. This is going to be a weird question, but I wanted to ask if you've heard about the recent studies about Keto diet being beneficial for people with severe mental disorders like schizophrenia. I have schizophrenia and currently doing okay symptoms wise, but I am concerned about the recent trend of people with my illness going full Keto to find some relief from their symptoms. Does it work? Long term? Otherwise, great talk, I am someone who understands feeling guilty for indulging and being stuck in "binge-restrict" cycle. Following your advice, I've been trying to add protein to my diet to feel full and have more fulfilling snack combo's. It's not an easy mentality to change, but I am getting there, I think.
