    1. Maintain healthy habits! (Ex: eating healthy, cleaning daily, no procrastination, etc)
    2. Maintain strong grades
    3. Maintain strong physical, mental, emotional, and financial stability (Ex: hitting the gym consistently, paying off debts, build stronger relationships, etc)

  2. So, I'm in South Africa 😂 it is currently scorching hot, but I shall apply this as an African Summer Arc. Thanks 🍑💦

    My 3 pillars:
    1. Health and Fitness – I am going to lose 10kg
    2. Education – I am going to get at least 3 distinctions this semester
    3. Financial – I am going to reach 100 sales before the 31st of December

    1. Mindset: Meditating and visualizing daily
    2. Physical: 5 days of vigorous workouts, and two days of light movement
    3. Financial: Securing a job to pay off graduate school and build skills that pay the bills 🫶🏿

  4. Why am I barely seeing this a week later but I’ve been struggling to keep that motivation and discipline. But after your vid🫶🏽🫶🏽 I got some hope lol

    • hit levels I’ve never been to before (fitness, waking up earlier, new PRs)
    • getting comfortable with the unknown and discomfort
    • plan over mood / discipline and sticking to the plan over motivation and relying on mood and how I feel in the current moment.
