please make a good job by making advertising activities to the mother to get her child to minimize her pain . You are a good honest and sociable man.
The story was a bit emotional but I don't think many of us are bothered by it. Considering its Ethiopia and many there don't have access to the same communication and luxuries we have here, she only asked for a message to be sent, not money. And to be able to help with that even by accident, is good.
