  1. When I was younger, my late 20s I was a little heavy. Decided to eat healthy and work out. I stuck to my game plan. Loosing weight but my stomach was getting bigger. I was eating to much broccoli. To much broccoli and cabbage will produce gas and make you bloat. Learning to eat different greens. Peas, brussel sprouts, green beans, okra. Always learning. VARIETY.
