  1. Why would anyone even suggest kicking out their pregnant teenage kid? Rhetorical question. It's just asinine to do that to a person who hasn't even started their own life yet, all because you're embarrassed by them.

  2. Is there a reason why there people don’t use contraception? I read that people can have free access to contraception in healthcare establishments, so it seems weird that taking care of babies being teen in difficult living conditions is more common than use pills or condoms

  3. SORRY, BUT BRAZILIANS HAVE ON AVERAGE TWO CHILDREN PER COUPLE… AND ADOLESCENT PREGNANCY IS DECLINING IN BRAZIL, HEALTH CARE CENTURIES GIVE FREE CONDOMS AND CONTRACEPTIONS! I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS NEED THAT AMERICANS HAVE TO DECREASE OTHER COUNTRIES!

  4. The solution is in Islam, preventing mixing between males and females in schools and elsewhere, girls wearing the hijab and long, covering clothes, and preventing sexual relations outside of marriage.

  5. Here the government distributes condoms for free, I remember that when I studied in pre-school and they distributed them to older students, I wanted to win too so I could make a balloon😂
Most people in this situation simply get pregnant because they want to, they don't take care of themselves and they don't care about life.

  6. Why are we glazing over the fact that an alarming amount of those girls are impregnated by much older men, sexually assaulted, or trading sex work for money to survive…

  7. The Brazilian people are crying out for help, we have a federal supreme court (STF) that denounces, judges and imposes punishment, they do not respect our constitution, we have a dictator in command of the supreme court who exploits the people and grants privileges to criminals, in addition to President Lula who He is the biggest corrupt person in the world, he was elected by a coup by the STF, we call for the international court. Please help the Brazilian people.

  8. Correction: contraception subject may be taboo for SOME religions in Brazil. However it must be addressed when discussing Sex Education at school, as the educational laws demand.

  9. While I appreciate the sentiment, as a Brazilian, I can safely say this couple is NOT the standard for teenage pregnancy here. Most of the time, the dad abandons the mother with the baby and the women receive very little or no support from their families, not to mention the problem of grown men preying on much younger girls which is pretty much glossed over here. There is a Brazilian documentary titled “Gravidez na Adolescência” which can also be watched here on Youtube and paints a much more realistic picture of what happens to most teen moms in Brazil. I highly recommend it for anyone who’s interested in this.

  10. Bolsonaro never promoted no sex before marriage, contraception is highly commom in Brasil, and sex education either, how can these fake news organization mafia can spread lies like that? 🤮🤮🤮🤮

  11. Faz o L que isso é so o começo, vai piorar muito mais, e vai dar muito material para esse lixo jornalístico fake news de esquerda “denunciar " a situação que eles mesmos criaram, adoram tanto a pobreza que multiplicam ela. 😉.

  12. For those of us from the Indian Subcontinent, we find it strange that it's so easy to have sex in the rest of the world. We live in such conservative societies that it's really difficult to find a partner who would be willing to have sex before marriage

  13. 22 year old boyfriend… 17 year old girl… first baby at 14?so dude was having sex with her when he was 17 and she was 14? he probably been having sex with her alot younger than that…did i hear that right?😩

  14. i've seen a lot of comments on here about the couple's age gap, so as a born and raised brazilian who's seen a lot of this cases, i assure all of you, concerned people: it's more than normal that 12-13 year old girls start dating guys three, five years older than them. many of the parents don't see anything wrong with it, especially in a financial situation like the one in the video. the rare thing though, is when the couple stay together and try to build their life without giving up their education, or when the family actually supports the teen's pregnancy. i'm happy to see that the couple in the video is an exception to the otherwise sad reality of my country. the scenario is changing, but there is still a need to raise awareness on the subject, especially in our public schools. <3 love to the couple, i hope they have a happy life ahead of them!

  15. Major issues

    1. Poverty
    2. Lack of sex education
    3. Unemployment
    4. Unhealthy parenting during teenage years as the mother ran away when she was born

    5. "Who cares?"attitudes as most of the boys and girls are sleeping around
    6. Sex being considered as shallow as meeting of two flesh only.
If they are Christians they must know, it is prohibited to hv sex before marriage and see girls like their own sisters and mothers untill they become ready atleast. I think its somewhere written in bible.

This region of Brazil requires govt intervention as well as social reformers to inspire the masses

  16. At this point, despite her age, they are no longer kids… They had one kid together and now another on the way. They chose to have offspring together. They need to get married to establish their family and move on. Otherwise this will continue. Teen pregnancy happens because the act of continuous sex outside of marriage is not nipped in the bud. I wonder why the family isn’t encouraging them to do so. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Every couple argues and disagrees throughout their relationship.

  17. people don't understand that the problem is not in allowing contraceptions or sex education. it is because early marriage should be legal, so that teenagers can get married if they feel ready, if not of course they should wait both with the marriage and with sex life, this how human society operated up until a few decades ago. even our grand parents' generation were still getting married at 15-16 y.o. allowing sex before marriage does not give women protection in case of a brakeup. whereas if maried then divorced, women will get alimony for her kids which will mitigate at least financial struggles of a single teenage mom.

  18. I know we see it often but, being poor shouldn't equal being promiscuous; especially knowing it will only lead to more struggle; unless there's a lot of rapes happening, this could be prevented. Boys & girls old enough to understand hardship need to understand the connection in single parenthood and poverty…..all over tbe world.

  19. The family is also to blame. Let a 12 year old child date someone (12 years of age is still a child)
A familia e uma grande culpada tambem… deixar uma menina com 12 anos namorar(12 anos e uma crianca)

  20. The real problem I see here is a 19 year old impregnating a 14 year old. A lot of the time in these poor areas, teen pregnancies are caused by men much older than the girls. This has got to be stopped.
