  1. That’s sad..I done that before ..these companies are really bias ..especially in LA you have to do things like that .if you don’t sound like Jose or Miguel or Maria..you can forget getting a job as a black person

  2. Some from past generations have damned us. There's an old slave mistress in the comments telling everybody they should cry to massa. Olders enrage me instantaneously. Useless baggage.

  3. True that happens. Last week I put in a application as my birth name Larry H and put in my resume and then was rejected. Then I put in the same application with the same damn information with a white sounding name. The name was Lawrence Flay and they want or wanted to interview me my information. Eddie's market of Roland Park and Eddie's of Charles Village in Baltimore. Both located in white people sections of this dump Baltimore

  4. I am so grateful my son has 2 degrees and makes six figures with his "hood " name. He drives a BMW and is a BMW= black man working. Sorry it had to come to this for some. Those Europeans never stop harassing us.

  5. I am black and some time l understand how others feel about us. The braids some time look so unprofessional we bring it on our selves. When its racism call it out because racism is so hurtful but it's not always racism.😮😮
