  1. When I was young kids and adults quickly came up to put their hand on my hair, and I said don't touch my hair, and they always said oh your hair is soft. I would say what you expect a brillo pad?

  2. The hair is black, ok. And the skin is…? We don't even realise how absurd it is to continue repeating this fraudulently manufactured skin colour lie. Surprised? Think about it and stop encouraging and promoting racism.

  3. Well some white folks are still trying to learn. When I was in college, I met this white guy who asked me to touch my fro. Now this was in 1973. The white boy had never seen a black person in person. He was taught certain things, and he was testing what he was taught. He asked could he touch it and after getting over the initial shock, I looked into his eyes and saw he was serious. There was something he needed to find out. He touched my hair and went straight to the telephone and called his mother and said. Mother you lied to me, this colored guy's hair was soft as cotton not hard and stiff like wool. He had been sheltered and miseducated. I was at Chowan College in Murfreesboro, NC. experiencing early integration. Sometimes you have to help teach them how stupid we can be.

  4. When I was working as a dental assistant, alot of the patients and my coworkers would want to touch my hair. I would politely decline. This one coworker was Persian and she would squeeze my twa and I had to stop her smh

  5. And to think our women don't know the power of their hair. They smother all that Gumption with a yellow horse tail. Let thAt gangsta Mayor switch to an Afro and the personality will become People Positive. And you way behind Queen Demetra cause she is straight up Fro and she don't need yellow to be mellow.
