  2. Thanks to such wonderful people who share their ideas about cooking… I learn new meatless recipes. What's more, even my meat-eating family members love eating such dishes. Thank you!

  3. Living in a country where substitutes like tofu/tempeh/vegan swaps etc are difficult to find and EXPENSIVE, thank you for using mostly wholefoods, "normal" ingredients! Just found you and LOVE the format!!!!

  4. vegetarian and trying so hard to get more, and better sources of protein in my diet, these look delicious! i'd love it if you included about how much protein is in each of these meals! 😭❤

  8. I meal prep on the weekends and it was so hard not to eat this straight away! I liked it way more than I expected – and I expected to like it a lot! I ended up doubling the recipe and added almost a full tablespoon of garlic chili sauce – I like it hot!

  9. Genesis 1:29 And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food. Also the part where prophet Daniel was presented with unclean meats, he rejects those and chooses to eat only legumes, seeds of the earth, and he asked the Babilonians to compare his appearance in terms of health to other servants of the court that ate meat in matter of time, the time passed and Daniel was healthy after following a vegan diet.
