  1. Hi, I was wondering why you added the meat last? thought those should come before the vegetables so as to avoid overcooking them, and since it hard meat parts like pomo and beef they would need a longer time to cook

  2. What did you do with the water which was used to boil the assorted meat did you just freeze it to use another time to make another stew please answer thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Hi, Sir,ย  Iย  wouldย  loveย  toย  watchย  aย  videoย  ofย  howย  ilaย  alasepoย  isย  properlyย  cooked.ย  Iย  triedย  itย  onceย  andย  Iย  bungledย  itย  somehow.ย  Canย  youย  helpย  meย  out, please ??

  4. Thank you for sharing this recipe! This recipe is very similar to the one my Daddy use to make ๐Ÿ™‚ I want to try to make this one day soon, but I'm curious to know what cuts of meat did you use? The cow tripe & cow foot are self explanatory lol. But what cut of beef & turkey did you use?

  5. okay guys , im kinda new to cooking, i have to learn just to save money. can you show us simpler methods? i think im screwed, mother tried to teach me but i didnt listen.

  6. You put the meat at the wrong time the meat should the first thing you put cause it needs time to get soft and you put the green veggies at the wrong time as well but it's great to see a man like me cooking I thought I was the only man that cook. .

  7. Good job. It's not easy cooking this stuff.
Thanks for helping, actually helped me realize the mistake I made from the last efo elegusi I cooked.ย
Can you please make gbegiri? Thanks thanks!

  8. I am from the Caribbean, + we have the stock/bullion cube thing going on there to, but we dont use as many bcuz we preseason + marinate our meat before we cook. Most islands have some version of green seasoning that gives a lot of flavor so we dont need to add too many stock cubes. I worry about msg too, for myself + family. Nice video!

  9. Am very scared with all the salt and taste makers – Knorrs in the stew, salt also, you've got to be carefull with your consumption of these. MSG is really not health. Otherwise its informative and reminds me quite well of home.

  10. Do Nigerians use all those seasonings or is it just your own touch? Mixed herbs seems a bit foreign to me. Also can local maggi cube be used instead of knor cube and what do you eat it with?
