Carnivore Diet / What I eat / My results!

I am going into week 6 of my carnivore diet. I am convinced so far that this is the diet/ lifestyle of the future, at least for myself. Check out this video to see what i eat on a daily basis.

  1. For the record this isn’t a race thing but I needed to see someone that looks like me present this info. Most black people are on the vegan train nowadays. I don’t think it matters you have to go with what works. People are paying close attention to their health and what they put in their body and that’s what matters. Glad I found your video, thinking about starting.

  2. Hello there! Been researching the carni lifestyle for a few months now & thinking about taking it on. Tried Keto but there was way too much variety and I ended up stopping & going back to low carb. Once I hit 40 seems like it was harder for me to keep the physique that I’m most comfortable in and use to. I want to start carnivore but I honestly don’t want to gain weight I’m trying to lose and rip. I’m 41 now 5’2’ 145 pounds and wanting to rid 10 pounds and cut. How much would you suggest I eat (calories, fat, protein)?

  3. Dude I love the video! Hello, JT here. I wanted to see if you were interested in sharing your story for 1-2 minutes on a 24 hour live stream we are doing September 16th on the HomesteadHow YouTube channel! We want to bring at least 1,000 carnivores together for this EPIC 24hr live stream! Please let me know if you are interested and I will make sure you get a link to join the live stream on September 16th! Have a great day! -JT

  4. Great comment. I'm 95% carnivore right now and adjusting, good results so far. I incorporated fruit because i have a physically demanding job and i exercise 3 times a week. On 100% carnivore i got the benefits but i would just be drained all week.

  5. You should something else besides bananas tho, because they a good source of potassium but very high in sugar. 14g of sugar in one banana.

  6. I have started eating mostly meat over the past few weeks…. I do notice a positive difference and how I feel and my energy is through the roof and it has to be because I have a lot of dogs that I need to take care of… I'm almost 57 and skinny and decent health with barely any body fat… I'm Only Sleeping between 2 and 4 hours a night and I wake up with lots of energy… but last night I gave into my cravings and ate a bunch of junk food like chips and chocolate… Today I am exhausted and I overslept and could barely get out of bed and I am dragging myself around just trying to get things done… What a difference eating properly can do for you… all those years of eating junk food were destroying me and I didn't even know it… Thanks for your videos

  7. Just found your channel. You're the first carnivore that I've seen who didn't have pre existing issues. I'm in the same boat. And I'm thinking about going carnivore. I'm already keto and doing fine. I probably have another 70 lbs to go. But I don't have those gut issues that most carnos have, so I wasn't sure how this diet would affect me.

  8. Very good video sir. But even though you may not have started carnivore for health reasons. Make sure you pay attention to the health side. Because your at that age in your 30's where health starts to change and we have to stay on top of it. Take it from me I'm 60 don't look and in good health. So many people start keto or carinove to lose weight or for the outside appearance. A Crack addict can lose weight you can lose weight because of cancer. Also you can look fit and built on the outside and have sickness going on in the inside that you are unaware of. If you feel good and the carnivore diet is working for you I suggest just ensure you check your labs once or twice a year just to ensure the look and feeling is lining up internally with the health. I find keto and. Carnivore or both awesome and healthy. Continue the great content and many blessings.

  9. If you have not tried Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, you have missed out. Strongly recommended! Available from Amazon if your local supermarket does not stock it.

  10. I’ve been on carnivore since October of 22 and have not had leg cramps. I don’t do electrolytes but I salt my steaks pretty good. The other thing I do is zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D if not getting sun exposure. I’ve been doing the supplements for a year and just never really stopped. Btw…I did one meal a day a few years back and would get cramps so maybe the supplements helped? Good luck with your journey. Love the videos.

  11. Great stuff. One rec – I'd limit the introduction of that many fruits at once. It makes it hard to gauge "which" might cause issues. I'd do one at a time so you can narrow down what that one thing did.

  12. LOVE the way this is presented. I’ve been mostly carnivore for a year now.
I don’t need to lose body fat and am a bodybuilder but my gallbladder was removed 4 years ago and plants nahe me sick unfortunately.

But MUSCLE CRAMPS are definitely my issue so I also am about to introduce fruits!!!!!

  13. Just started carnivore. Do you think the pound of beef + more is due to you being super active? I’m doing 10 ounce steaks and struggling to choke it down a bit. I’m getting more active than I’ve been but I’m nowhere near what you do yet.

  14. I've done both Keto and Carnivore. With Keto, I would look forward to having my weekly cheat days. But I have noticed I don't carve any carbs or sweet at all , since on Carnivore. In fact , I would feel very crappy after eating any sweets. Kinda like if I was hungover. Even " Keto friendly" processed foods make me feel off now.
