  1. My job sent me to Manila, Philippines for 7 weeks! I hated the food but luckily they had a TGI Friday, that kept me alive! I ate 10 hot wings & a Coke everyday! I lost 24 lbs! I’m an avid bread eater but with wings I didn’t need bread!! So it worked out for me! ❤. Of course I got back to The Stares & found every pound I’d lost 😂. I’m about to do Keto again starting 03/01/24. 🙏 for me!

  2. For me, Day 3 was the hardest. Thankfully it was a Saturday and I slept all day… totally deprived of energy. But the 4th day, my energy returned and I lost my first 5 pounds quickly.

  3. When you understand simple biology and that you are made of fat and protein for brain, skin, every million cells need fat for fat lipid, protein for organs…you quit high carb

  4. I’ve lost over 200 pounds doing keto. Never taken a supplement. Never had surgery. Have had 7 kids naturally. No I’m not a scam lol I just worked very hard.

  5. I started keto 5 days ago and I have lost 6lbs as of today! And that’s with eating as much as I wanted the last two days and I still lost weight. I almost went off by eating a Ice cream I got for someone else and I used willpower. Decided to get some Keto options and that’s worked! Been able to have keto ice cream and that has helped. I wouldn’t recommend eating a lot of it and constantly as it’s not the healthiest but if you a sugar addict like me, it is a game changer! Really recommend.

  6. 5’4 female here diagnosed with NAFLD…. I just started the keto journey 4/15/23 at 210 lbs and I am down to 194 5/27/24. I feel SO much better. For the past few years I was in constant pain just moving because of gout/arthritis. The inflammation in my body is reversing. BTW, I can totally relate to her missing pb&j….😊. It’s a meal and a dessert

  7. Meal 1 – 5 egg's (scrambled), 5 slices bacon and 1 glass of low fat milk
    Meal 2 – dinner (on meat days only meat and vegetable's and on fish day's only fish and vegetable's) a tip use soy sauce to give more taste and salt
    Meal 3 – 5 egg's (scrambled), 5 slices bacon and 1 glass of low fat milk

  8. They are making a lot of items low carb. now there are low carb bread, flavored waters and zero cal sodas.A lot of substitutions are available now. Sometimes when I go to the grocery store whole sections of low carb bread is gone.

  9. I tried keto once before a trip and I can honestly tell you Im shocked. I eat alot so at 223lbs 6 feet 1 I lost 15 lbs in a month easy. Without a gym. I got fat again so back at weight but now I know that if I adapt this more often then not. I should easily lose weight over time. The gym might come in handy once I start feeling better about myself.
