At one time the Title a fireman was a job relegated primarily for black men as they were considered expendable in dangerous situations as fires.
Coming into the 20th.cemtury white men created unions that excluded black men and established a high paying blue color occupation strictly for white males.
You would see this same discriminatory behavior I'm professional sports as Baseball and Football.
Black men in the South were not allowed to join the fire departments until the 1970s.
They were routinely harassed by cruel jokes, humiliation rituals and dirty tricks, disqualified based on medical or rigged medical exams.

Some were even killed by white firemen or white Policemen. Promotion opportunities were routinely denied to advance to to lieutenant or captain rank.
A fireman's job was and is still considered a white man's job..

The testimony of this black firefighter enters in harmony with a video that Phillip Scott uploaded recently. It was a video where a former white firefighter admitted to a black man that he used to let houses burn with black people in it at the time that he used to work as a firefighter. It's not like owning a business but I think that black people should have their own fire department to avoid persecution from those trailer park rats.
I am an African watching this video from the motherland. My comment: the so called whites are really evil people, they have been terrorising the non white people for over 400 years. Enslaving Africans in north and Latin America, colonizing the whole world abd exploiting tgeir natural resources etc.
