1 tablespoon tomato paste/1 cuillerée à soupe concentrée de tomate.
1tsp white vinegar/1 cuillerée de café vinaigre
1tsp minced garlic
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon black pepper
pinch of white sugar
