Im actually a asian .. I love eating and trying african foods.. My tanzanian friend and myself ( helped him ) cooked Jollof rice. I loved it. He even told about this waakye rice, waakye stew ..and we gonna make it.. 🙃 thank you for your video

Lami… thanks for this wonderful stew… pls do not use plastics in cooking. They can release certain chemicals into the food which may over the years be dangerous to our health. Wooden spatulas and spoons for cooking are the best. Thanks
