  1. If there is a listing ear, a shoulder to cry on, a mind that understands, and a heart ready to love, there will be nothing like or less form of depression in our societies. The problem is, we have become less sensitive to the needs of others because of the high level of dishonesty in our societies; it's hard to trust people by just their words until we see the physical manifestations of what they are actually going through- that's depression and mental health. Our first line of difference to curbing this should be the Nucleus family; it's hard to get this- especially from both parents- because children are not allowed to talk nor express how they feel to their parents. The colder the hearts and souls of men have become,  the further we are drafting apart, and the greater depression and mental health issues are. People are always talking through their muscles,  social media posts and even by the way they dress but who's actually listening? If you have one friend/lover that you can be blunt to about anything without that person judging you and that person believes u, don't compromise anything to maintain that relationship; just don't lie! You can lie and fool others but not that person. You said something about smart kids/people and that's true Jose! These people are quick to be misinterpretated especially when they are already classified by their societies, families, and race. You have to expand this show where people can be open to confess/ speak out on varieties of issues on TV- it will be hard to do this on TV because of our society but I have seen a great progress so far from you, the guys talking about friends with benefits etc was fantastic- similar to that of Oprah Winfrey's show; she helped lots of people- Neol Armstrong confessing after so many years of lies about his performance enhancement during his cycling career that won him awards and Micheal Jackson talking about his childhood and stuffs etc- speakout during her time. This had a great psychological effects on these individuals.

  2. I must say huuuuge props to your makeup artist, you've never looked not on point even all these years ago. Your face beat is on another level,it's like you're years ahead of others style and makeup wise.

  6. Please, with each video, list the names of your guest in the description below. I live in America. I enjoy watching your videos and I love the discussion, however, I do not know your guest. If you would at least introduce them, that would be helpful. Thank you.

  7. I have been talking about mental health on my YouTube channel. The black community needs to open up and talk a lot more to each other. We need to live lives we can afford and open our hearts to talk to people we should be inspired with good things but not aspire to achieving what others have. Let me inspire you but dnt drive for what I have.

  8. Excellent conversation. Social media is a great place of exposure to new things but at the same time, I do believe that it's causing people to compare themselves and fall into a deep state of depression. It's very important as an individual to know when to go off of social media. All this scrolling is a waste of time. The people who created all this social media's knew exactly what they were doing when creating these medias. While they were working, we were probably sleeping and now we are scrolling and they are enjoying. Not all that is seen is truth. I've know people who are going through so much but on social media, you wouldn't have known at all through their posts. Not being on social media a blessing but it boils down to you as an individual and how you use it.

  9. Honestly some times when I think of all the issues this celebrities go thru and they just have to smile through it for the public I'm like Oh no , they are humans too! There was the case of one who lost her brother and had a project going on so had to show up all made up and glam for the public , you could tell it was a lot for the person , I'm like how about you ditch this shot down and cry well like we all do coz you are hurting . Kudos to you all.
