Family,
I tend to make my Ginger juice in bulk and use it as a base for most remedies and flavourings.
A must try.

INGREDIENTS
250g of fresh Ginger
1 litre of filtered Water/ Boiled Pineapple skins & Lemongrass Tea
1 teaspoonful of Cloves

  1. just a tip here my parents run a health food shop for many years in the UK and were constantly in touch with dieticians and people in this field, regarding products, etc it became known then and today that ginger can be dangerous for some people if taken on an empty stomach, always take ginger with food

  2. You are the ginger queen! haha love it. I make fresh gingerade with it… ginger lemonade.
    I usually peel my ginger, put a few handfuls into a a blender, add some stevia powder, add just enough water, blend for 20-30 seconds. Then put the mixture into a French coffee press, squeeze the concentrate and add some fresh sparkling mineral water to dilute the ginger concentrate. Amazingly delicious when cold!
