    I am 23 turning 24, I have a great job as an export market analyst. I have thought about staying and working back home, but I don't think I have the mental capability of working and staying back home. I don't think I would cope with all the baggage that comes with that comfortable/pressure/surroundings and all. I believe the comfortably of staying at home would make me lazy as COVID did and it would stagger my mind therefore reducing pro activeness to strive for more.

    The pressure would be my friends who decided they'd rather be home party and live off their families. Being someone who works and who gets these huge checks, which I'm still figuring out what to do with, I fear falling into the trap of being a big boy ekasi. I am a person who likes a fun time and I like to be seen there and there, so being in my hometown I think I'd wanna be a baller.

    Lastly, I think for spreading my wings and losing a few feathers on the way is going to prepare me for the great wind to come, because the calm before the storm has already past, is better than being nurtured won't do me any good

  4. This girl is fumbling numbers. Practically those numbers are not numbering. She is not talking about bulk services contributions etc. Also how do you fit 7 units on a 500sqm property and still cater for parking? Parking requirements are usually 1,5 bays per unit. You would need 10+ parking bays for a 7 unit property!

    The big question here is WHY IS SHE SELLING?
